Cuba Medical Tourism (“the Website”) is an informational website on Cuba’s medical tourism services and does not have any direct knowledge of or affiliation with the advertiser which are published on the Cuba Medical Tourism website (‘the Website’). Cuba Medical Tourism bears no responsibility for the information published on the Website related to the advertisers.  Cuba Medical Tourism bears no responsibility for the content of third-party websites accessed through links on the Website. Information relating to advertisers and links to third party websites is provided as informational and reference tools only.

All and any information published on the Website that relates to advertisers is provided with the permission of the advertisers. Any information written by Cuba Medical Tourism on behalf of advertisers is checked and approved by the advertisers prior to publication. Cuba Medical Tourism does not verify the accuracy of the information provided by advertisers and makes no warranties as to the accuracy of such information.

While Cuba Medical Tourism has no reason to believe that there are inaccuracies or defects in any of the information published on the Website, it makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the fitness of the information for any purpose whatsoever. In providing the information to users, no contractual obligation is or has been constituted between the user and Cuba Medical Tourism and no duty of care is owed to the user. If a court rules that Cuba Medical Tourism in fact owes a duty of care to the user, Cuba Medical Tourism will not be liable for any direct or indirect consequences, loss or damages arising from use of this information save for death and personal injury arising as a result of the Website’s negligence.

From time to time, this website may change, remove, or add to the Terms, and reserves the right to do so in its discretion. In that case, we will post updated Terms and indicate the date of revision.
